Cervelet ("we", "us") operates the website cervelet.pages.dev. For any privacy-related inquiry, contact us via the on-site contact form.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily submit through our contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Message content

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. We do not collect data automatically beyond what our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes in standard server logs (IP address, browser type, access timestamps). These logs are managed by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Contact form submissions are processed to respond to your inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in handling correspondence).

4. Third-party processors

Form submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms, which forwards the data to our email. Web3Forms does not store submissions beyond delivery. See their privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

5. Data retention

We retain contact form data only as long as necessary to process your request, and delete it thereafter. We do not build mailing lists or profiles from submitted data.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
